Welcome, it’s so nice to meet you. My name is Helen Hyun and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have over 15 years of clinical practice and have worked with a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families in schools, clinics, and private practice. I was a former elementary school teacher who saw first-hand the painful effects of untreated mental health concerns in the school setting and community. I have a passion for preventative mental health care and believe in the power of therapy to help people heal and thrive.

I currently focus my clinical work with healthcare & mental health providers, business executives, professionals in high-powered industries such as law, finance & entertainment, community leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals in the creative industry, couples and Asian Americans navigating their racial, ethnic, sexual, professional, and spiritual identity. 

I find deep meaning and purpose in my work as a therapist. I believe in the hope of restoration of mental wellness that cultivates healing and growth. My AAPI experiences allow a deeper connection, broader perspective, and cultural awareness & understanding. You are the expert of your experiences and partnering together to find hope and meaning is a sacred process. Every mental health journey is unique and my role is to provide support toward where you want to be.
