Transforming Mental Healthcare
As a mental health clinician, I believe in a collaborative multi-disciplinary approach and can provide therapy, coaching, medication management referrals and appropriate community resources to provide support for an individual’s overall wellness. I assist clients to connect with the right people who can meet their needs and are available online or in-person.

I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to determine if we might be a good fit to work together. It takes courage to reach out for support. I consider it a privilege to journey alongside you toward your healing and wellness that empowers you to live out your most authentic life.

Therapy is an investment of your time, energy and finances. I am mindful and aware of the effort, sacrifice and commitment that goes into the therapeutic process. Talk Therapy
This is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts, feelings, behavioral patterns and areas of growth. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly. Limited sliding scale slots are available based on evidence of need.

Psychiatrist Referral
A referral will be provided for online or in-person, this time will be spent evaluating your physical and mental health to provide medication options to alleviate mental health symptoms. This does not include talk therapy. Most major insurance policies accepted.
30 mins | Co-Pay | Get Started
Coaching Session
Online or in-person, this session will help you with what you care most about and develop a plan to achieve personal and professional goals.
50 mins | $275 | Get Started
Check your insurance.
We are out-of-network with insurance companies. However, we can provide a monthly superbill as an out-of-network provider. Please be informed that the superbill requires a billable diagnosis which stays on your medical record.
